Under the quiet hypnotic charm of Sandy’s farm, we will gather for a day of story, song, and creative renewal.

This retreat is an invitation to return to yourself — to the part of you that listens deeply, feels fully, and creates from a place of truth.

Nestled by two hectares of peaceful farmland, we will explore how myth, Nature, and reflective practice can lead us towards the writing of meaningful songs.

No experience is required. Only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore your own inner landscape.

What You Will Experience

MYTH & STORYTELLING

We begin with a story — a doorway into the mythic world. Through reflection and conversation, we explore how ancient tales can illuminate our modern lives.

CREATIVE WORKSHOP

Myth, Nature & Starting a Song
Sandy opens up his creative process, sharing how The Hunter’s Moon emerged. You’ll write freely, follow a thread of inspiration, and discover how songs and stories begin.

LUNCH & NATURE WALK

A nourishing meal, followed by a gentle walk on the land to breathe, digest, and reconnect.

THE POETIC EYE

An afternoon session on seeing the world mythically — how landscapes, symbols, silence, and longing shape creative work. You’ll explore the deeper story beneath your own life.

CREATIVE PRACTICE CIRCLE

A guided session to develop a short piece — a song fragment, poem, reflection, or spoken piece. A supportive space for expression.

GROUP PERFORMANCE

We close the day with music. Sandy performs The Hunter’s Moon, and the group is invited to sing, share, or simply listen.
